12) I have booked and paid for the course, but now I cannot attend, Can I get my money back?

When you book a course we immediately respond by sending a package via email or post, processing your application and payment and other administrative work. Our cancellation policy is simple: Any time after receipt of confirmation: 90% is refundable, 10% goes for Administration. 14 days prior to the course’s date: 50% is refundable, 7 days

13) I do not want to pay online, do you accept cheques?

Yes, but your place in the course will only be confirmed after clearing the cheque with our bank. This can take up to 7 working days.
