12) I have booked and paid for the course, but now I cannot attend, Can I get my money back?

When you book a course we immediately respond by sending a package via email or post, processing your application and payment and other administrative work.

Our cancellation policy is simple:

Any time after receipt of confirmation: 90% is refundable, 10% goes for Administration.

14 days prior to the course’s date: 50% is refundable,

7 days prior to the course’s date: 10% is refundable,

No refund is granted if cancellation is done less than 7 days of the course’s date.
