Cancellation Policy:

At some point, everyone has had to make a change to a registration or request a refund for an event they’ve committed to attending. There are endless reasons for change requests, ranging from conflicting schedules to the changing of one’s mind.

Cancellation terms:

Any time after receipt of confirmation: 90% is refundable, 10% goes for Administration.

14 days prior to the course’s date: 50% is refundable,

7 days prior to the course’s date: 10% is refundable,

No refund is granted if cancellation is done less than 7 days of the course’s date.

 

Payment Policy

Our accepted payments policy gives course attendees convenient payment options.

Our payment methods are:

Paypal

Credit card or debit card processed through the paypal website, it can be accessed via “Course Booking” at http://www.Phlebotomy.clinica.uk.com use paypal credit card payment.

Cheques paid to Clininca Health are acceptable, please allow 5 working days for cheque to clear. (Registration is not complete untill full fund is cleared to the account)

Bank transfer is acceptable ( Reference: Name of attendee and course date):
